I want to help you erase stigmas and understand the barriers and challenges these populations & those of us that serve them face.

You’re in the right place if you’re a student, a young professional, working in a helping profession, or just someone who wants to get more information on these populations. It’s not easy doing what we do and we all need an accountability partner. But hopefully, with this blog, I’ll be able to give you some good information and with a little tough love be able to motivate you to prioritize your self-care so we can get through it together.
